Capital Pointe Condominiums / Hilton Garden Inn - Construction
The Regina Plains Hotel has begun to come down today as the famous weather vane that once graced the skies of Saskatchewan was removed. It will be placed atop the Hilton Garden Inn, just above the fourth floor on the model. On the banner illustration of Capital Pointe Condominiums, the red feature found at that level is representative of the weather tower. A demolition party was held for investors, sales representatives, buyers and prospective buyers to all come together in one place. A sales office will be opened across the street for future meetings. A draw was held and one lucky home buyer won an exotic Carribean vacation for two! There were other prizes as well as Korean BBQ , cupcakes, salads, sandwiches, beer and wine. It was like one big happy family, meeting for the first time. An event to be remembered and a site to see the stories.
