The snow is piling up in Regina at this hour and is expected to continue into Wednesday evening. Environment Canada has issued warnings for southern Saskatchewan, not including Regina as yet however their website is only showing text warnings for now. Apparently the graphics guy has the night off. The descriptive department seems to be working fine as they state: "A total of 10 to 20 cm of fluffy snow is forecast with this storm with areas of higher terrain getting the larger amounts." And in case they are guessing too high, they state: "Areas of Saskatchewan closer to the transcanada highway will see a total of 5 to 10 cm of snow with this system."
So, lets just say it going to be a lot of snow.
Travel is never recommended but people in Saskatchewan never listen to that so I am gonna say, go slow, bring your shovel and be prepared for super freeze temperatures if you get stuck.
