Update:
Environment Canada has extended the snowfall warning into the evening for Regina and areas north and east of here. They may have given up trying to guess the amounts as it piles up all day. I shoveled about 5 to 10 cm this morning on the sidewalk and 2 to 5 on the driveway. The deepest it got was beside the garage and that was 20 to 30 cm deep. As I drink my hot chocolate and do another snow inspection around the house (knowing that I can not actually go anywhere else today without snow boots), the same areas have been blanketed with another 15 to 25% of original totals. In other words, there is a lot more shoveling to do and the snow is coming down heavy again as the sun goes down.
